Kese (Dance) is the second pre-release single from Morayo and track 3 on the album, released November 15, 2024 under RCA Records. Produced by P2J, it runs 2 minutes 54 seconds and is a solo Wizkid record with no features — just him, the beat, and the instruction to move. The title kese in Yoruba means "dance now" or "just dance," and the song delivers exactly that. The hook — "Chale make we dance gbedu, the music e dey play gbedu" — blends Ghanaian slang (chale) with Nigerian Pidgin in that casual pan-African way that defines the current generation of Afrobeats.
The numbers are extraordinary. Kese broke the record set by Piece of My Heart — its own sister single — becoming the fastest solo African song to reach 10 million Spotify streams (9 days). It logged 1.5 million streams in its first 24 hours alone. It debuted at number one on the Official Nigeria Top 100 and stayed there for multiple weeks, eventually becoming Wizkid's longest-running number one as a lead artist. It also broke the all-time Nigerian radio record, surpassing 100 million in radio reach multiple weeks in a row. Morayo became only the fourth album ever to have seven entries in the Nigeria Top 10 in a single week, largely because of Kese's momentum pulling the other tracks with it.
Apple Music Nigeria's 2025 end-of-year chart ranked Kese (Dance) as the second most-streamed song in Nigeria for the entire year — remarkable for a track released in November 2024. Morayo also ended up as Nigeria's most-streamed album of 2025 overall.
