NEWS: Appeal Court dismisses 15 of 18 Charges against Saraki

The Abuja Court of Appeal has reportedly ordered Senate President Bukola Saraki to face trial on 3 charges, Punch reports.
The Federal Government had filed an appeal to challenge the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) acquittal of Saraki.
The 3-man panel, led by Justice Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson, had reportedly reserved judgment after the parties adopted briefs on November 14.
The court, on Tuesday, reportedly dismissed 15 of the 18 counts of false assets declaration made against him.
The decision was reportedly an unanimous one, the 3-man panel ordering him to return to the CCT to face charges on the 3 remaining counts.
